Great optometrist with a willingness to explain the patient's condition in a way that the patient can understand. Since walk-ins are accepted, there are many patients who arrive without an appointment and for this reason I rated punctuality as 4. If I have had to wait a little, it does not bother me because I know I will get the best care. At other places I have had to wait more and then have felt rushed through my exam. I am happy to have found Dr. Ortiz!
