We never had a bad experience with Dr..Lozano and staff since my son's infancy and he is now 14. Only with the insurance at times. Love this Medical office. Ramona P. & Damon Anderson Jr.
This office refuses to see a child until after they receive records. I understand getting prior records, but you should never make a sick patient WAIT until you receive them. I work for a doctor and we would never do this to a patient. I will find another pediatrician that actually cares about their patients.
My boys have had Dr. Lozano as a pediatrician for years...and all I can say is that he is great! He always puts them at ease and is very friendly and thorough! Spends plenty of time with each patient and takes the time to answer parental concerns. If there is a slight concern, he doesn’t skip over it, he does the tests to make sure it’s not a problem. Very good to refer to specialist if something is suspicious. Love love him and his staff. A++++
