Mrs. Me and my kids have been using this Dentist for about 8 yrs. and we decided it was time to change dentists because things just didn't seem right. Our fisrt visit with the new dentist was not good news she asked me when was the last time my teeth cleaned I replied 6 months ago. Very Rude I have never in my life been talked to the way I was at this dentist office.I took my daughter in for an appt and he was very rude from the time he came in the room.I asked him a couple questions he gave me rude remarks.I told my daughter we were leaving and as she got up out of the chair he said bye and out we went.didnt act concerned at all that we were leaving.I am looking in the phone book now for another dentist as we will never go back to him.wish I had seen the reviews before I chose this dentist in the firs... read more
VERY ROUGH I saw this dentist over 7 years ago, and he was very rough with both my son and I. It was such a bad experience that we were both traumatized to go to a dentist. This is not his exact words but he said something similar that anyone who didn??t take care of their teeth deserves for their gums to be scrapped and I won??t go easy on uncared for teeth and that I am not going to give you more stuff to numb you, you haven??t taken care of your teeth. Not true Shellie Roland is horribly rude and both times I have taken my children to him he refused to answer my questions and even asked me, "who's running the show here?". I was very upset and anytime I ask his secretary anything she looks disgusted.
Nice Dentist Shellie Roland is a great dentist of choice. They are very nice here. They take their time with you so you dont feel so rushed and can talk about your needs. THey are located right off hwy 190 which is a great place to be at because it is not that hard to find. They accept most insurance companies too, if you dont have insurance they are not that expensive you should try them out first.
