I called 30 time . They pick up phone twice then hang up right away. Dr is best but staff is 0. Why not answering calls. It’s awful.
Dr. Nagpal is a great doctor but the receptionists are pretty awful. they rarely answer calls and they give you attitude when you feel anxious or are late. I know other people complain as well as its a common thing and i feel like this situation will never be addressed to them.
Never answer calls!! Gave appointment for today, we went there. No-one opened the door for us. Called several times, left voicemail. No luck. It’s not the first time. He doesn’t even care about a patient who went to ICU for a several times in last 12 months. No calls nothing. ICU doctor called him from hospital thats how we got the appointment but he didn’t even open the door. Such a waste of time for someone who is sick. Lol i just called and ask her if they do vaccinations for babies. She asked if i am their patient i said no, she cut the call right away 😂. What type of professionalism’ it was.
