With Dr. Coutinho I did not feel rushed, he gave me eye contact as I was talking to him and he answered all my questions.Also, everytime I go he is always on time. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I continue to go to him even though my insurance is no longer accepted so, now I'm working on getting an insurance plan that they will accept.
Friendly, intellegent, and does his due diligence & beyond when it comes to patients. Highly recommend.
Dr. Coutinho actually listened to me as I described symptoms and made sure I was put through emergency eat Baptist where a tumor was found. I thank him greatly for his thoroughness and extra effort in navigating through this scary process.
Very caring and attentive to patients
I would not recommend stone oak family doctors. Dr coutinho and the nurses and receptionists have no respect for their patients.
Dr. Coutinho is knowledgeable, kind and very thorough. He insists on discussing in detail my health and lifestyle and cares about my wellbeing. He is kind and considerate and I very much appreciate him. Thank you!
NEVER !!! Missed diagnosed and would hate for anyone to go through what I am going through because of him.
Dr. Coutinho is great, sadly due to his practice no longer taking my insurance I can't see him anymore. That being said he is knowledgeable, upbeat, kind, caring and compassionate. He treated my mother while she was alive and was fantastic. He instills confidence in patients by showing his knowledge and education and communicating that easily. He listens and cares. If you need a PCP go with him.
This gentleman is definitely one of the very best I have found. He is well read, down to earth, listens well, is kind, professional and does not hurry the patient along. His best attribute is his calm and caring attitude. Thank you doctor for your help for each and everyone of us. Mrs. K B
