BEWARE - I brought my mother, who has dementia, to see Dr. Samuel. From the first appointment he was rude and unprofessional. I was referred to him by my primary doctor who said he seemed to be a good doctor but had a reputation of having a “bad bedside manner”, I had no idea how bad it really was. I am being serious when I say this doctor needs to see a psychiatrist himself. This is an unstable person who somehow has a medical license. Beware! This is a special needs adult who saw the doctor a few times. Self pay and Medicare was charged..,been waiting months for a refund on out of pocket money which Medicare also paid to doctor: This is not a problem with the mail. & no wonder why No one ever answers the phones. Taking advantage of special needs people!
