Dr. Riedel saved my life. He is very good at what he does. Very professional and tells it like it is but compassionate at the same time. He works at your problem until he finds the answer as long as you work hard with him and then together he solves the problem or sends you to someone that can solve the problem. I trust him implicitly. When I was first referred to Dr. Riedel, there were no clear signs of heart problems but my primary physician couldn't get past the fact that something was wrong. Dr Riedel ran tests and came ... read more

I found Dr Riedel very arrogant and unprofessional. He treated me like a 5 yr and talked to me in a very condensing manner. Said I had had a heart attack, and said my EKG was VERY bad. He tried to use scare tatics which didn't wash with me. And I would like to know WHY I can not choose my own Dr instead of being force to use this one of which I do not like. By the next morning, I had more conditions and he would not clear me on a simple procedure. This man needs to not practice medicine.... he is more concerned about money t... read more

Simply put.....I see him. My problems are easily treated. My wife sees him but her problems .aren't easily treated so it took time. But the problem was not Dr Reidels fault it was that the medications that worked best we could not afford so substitutions were made and she is doing fine. I would and will recommend him as a caring and knowledgeable Cardiologist.

My son is 18 years old and stayed the night in the hospital with chest pains. Dr. Riedel only spoke to him while he had his stress test done. We pay the insurance and we pay the co-pays. This is a serious situation in which most doctors.... especially a cardiologist would talk with the whole family. He put him on a beta blocker that is contraindicated in patients with a history of asthma which my son has. My son said he was nice, but was arrogant. I am unhappy because we have no answers as to why he was put on the beta block... read more

Dr. Riedel has a hateful disposition and not very much compassion for his patients. He just wants to keep you in the loop whether you need a cardiologist or not.

I have seen this doctor for many years, and he has yet to get my blood pressure under control. Also he doesn't seem to care much about the overall well being of a patient. I think he is more interested in his payment.

Dr. Ridell did not have my records, came in declaring I had a life-threatening heart condition, when I got a second opinion, there was NO heart condition at all. He was trying to force me into having a bypass which was NOT needed. I got my second opinion in another state, did NOT have anything invasive because the hospital in that state and city stated that cardiac catheterization was very dangerous, and since I had NO evidence of a heart attack, that would be bad in my case. I went on a vegan diet, had some chelation, lost ... read more
