Dr. Oghlakian is exceptional! I hate to see him go!! It’s such a shame Mercy is loosing him. Mercy seems to have a high turnover with some really good doctors. After a scheduling mix up and me being made to se another doctor in the same office who was completely rude and unhelpful, I got back in to see Dr. Oghlakan. He completely put me at ease and I received a correct diagnosis from him. He spent 30 minutes explaining everything I needed to know. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been scheduled with.
Dr. O is good. I mean, he is among the best, and most concerned to ensure the best results for my son. He is friendly, caring, and explains everything in sufficient detail for anyone to understand. I only have one issue with respect to the office policies. We arrived on time for an appointment, by the time we were checked in, the check in was 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.
