I started out very apprehensive about Dr. Misasi but Dr. Sorrel recommended I see him so I went. At first I was not happy but just approached him with my doubts and concerns and he was more than informative and took the time with me to explain and talk about what to expect. The day of the procedure, it was way more intense than an experience with a different doctor and he told me step by step what was going to be done and then several times during procedure ask me if I was doing okay. Every since I came to Dr. Misasi he has had a can-do attitude and a smile on his face. I've had plenty of doctors in my time that made me feel I was nothing but a number but when it comes to Dr. Misasi he has always made me feel like he actually gives a damn. There are a lot of doctors out there who do it just for the money but after spending a little time with Dr. Misasi you can tell he has a passion for what he does. I have a intrathecal pain pump. My pain Dr moved and set me up with this quack. He said from day one he would not do anything except fill pump. He made it very clear Well he decided I was lying to him and getting pain med from my primary care Dr. I told him I didn't and he called me a liar more than once and dropped me cold turkey. This Dr here denied my Referral because I have a nerve stimulator!! So what do I do for the rest of my pain from a broken back and fibromyalgia?? This Doctor didn’t even give me a chance!! All I wanted was to learn ways to get out of pain, maybe foods to eat and not eat!! I know there’s ways to do this!! So thanks Doc, I appreciate your help!!
