New Patients DO NOT Schedule an appointment with this doctor!!! He is so unprofessional!! Twice he was a no-show for my appointments. Once about a year ago at his office. I should have known then not to try again but he was assigned to me when I had recently had to stay at SE Memorial Hospital. Even when he came by my room then, he was rushing and distracted and brushed off my concerns. The office staff are incompetent. They call to tell my mom that she needed to get lab work done prior her appointment, claimed they would send the order to our nearest testing facility, and then never put the order in or give her the paperwork during her appointments. They ordered a ultrasound and claimed that they never got the results and when I asked the hospital they said that all the results are sent directly to the doctor that requested the ultrasound. Dr. Carbajal was taking care while my mother was in the Hermann Memorial Pearland. He was extremely knowledgeable and caring. After discharge, Dr.Carbajal worked closely with all other doctors to monitor and ensure all medicines are working together for my mother. He is extremely responsive and caring. My mom went to the ER again for another symptom. Dr. Carbajal was not in the ER round but he came by to visit her, informed the ER physician about her health, etc. We are grateful my mom is under the care of Dr. Carbajal.
