Unprofessional
I was a new patient of Dr.R.Campana. I was seen by him on July 8, 2024, I have never in my life experienced so many rude office employees! They couldn't properly process my medical Insurance, I had to go over the insurance informance several times, over several days! The same day of my visits Dr.Campana sent me to have blood work completed, I go and the tech,she goes over my name and address, Once again, the front office clerk had me down is residing in Oklahoma? This is not a good DR. asks as if you are asking him a favor. He is not hands on or personable/compassionate and his Nurse Dominque, they will make you go through high mountains to get a document signed and as well give you least available
Dr Campana has been my Dr for about 7+ years. He has taken good care of me and is extremely knowledgeable. Very grateful for him
If I could give this doctor a 0 star I would. Didn't even notify me he wouldn't be in the office after driving from Houston for a new patient appointment. Avoid at all costs. Choose someone who cares.
