I was actually a patient of his father before coming the junior. I look at Dr. Tobar Jr. as a friend. I haven't known them for about thirty years. I love the beautiful bedside manner, explain in detail about your health and what's going on with you. Never had to wait for hours in his office. Wait on you within an hour or sooner.
