He went above and beyond for my kid. We had issues with insurance and had to cancel appt, needed a physical to go to camp. He waited for me to get it taken care of and still saw her an hour later.
Rude, both him and his office staff. Always rushes to get you out the door. Doesn't listen to your concerns, leaving my child to suffer for 3 years before finally getting diagnosed with a rare disease. Descrimanated against us because if differing political views. Discharged without following protocol.
The office refused to honor a court order. My wife as a primary custodial parent requested her 7 year old child's records and this office refused to comply, stating confidentiality reasons. We will be seeking Legal recourse in a civil suite with the practice for not granting a parent access to his/her child's medical records when she has every legal precedent to obtain said records.
Reg. Dr was off, had to see him. Daughter had something reoccurring at the time so I knew she needed antibiotics to clear up. Watson argued me on that, basically saying his co-worker & I were idiots the 2-3 min. he'd be in there.(He'd come in-argue 2min.-leave for 10min.-come in-argue 2min.-leave 10). Recommended the OTC meds I was already doing (which hadn't been wking). A week later had to come back (ANOTHER co-pay) cause she was worse. Saw reg. Dr., got antibiotics, saw immediate improvements
Don't take your child here. Awful practice. Trys to push painful and sometimes deadly biologics!
He was a complete jerk! I went in and that examination was literally 2 minutes and in that whole time all I heard was negative feedback! He thinks the only reason I go there is to get out of school and get perceptions, he's not even my doctor I just had to see him because my doctor wasn't in! If you plan to go here please make sure you don't see Dr. Watson! But everytime I see him he's rude and complains about my weight, I know I need to lose weight but he doesn't need to be rude all the time!
Office staff was very rude and unhelpful. There was an overall atmosphere of unprofessional misconduct in the office. The DR was unable to see child for scheduled appointment because of stated paperwork mixup.
