Great doctor very informative and always willing to help
Short time treated professionally and with courtesy doctor's procedures explained well
I was very rushed during 2 of my appointments with this doctor. I wasn’t explained anything about the cystoscopy procedure I had the 2nd visit and it wasn’t done properly - the sterile field/gloves were not used besides other mistakes. This facility puts your heath at risk and nobody is accountable.
Dr. Poffenberger was the urologist on call this morning. My husband has stage four prostate cancer and had just finished his 10 days of radiation. He hadn't been able to void urine in three days, so I called, as his urologist is a partner of Poffenberger. I asked him what to do; he cut me off, told me to go to the ER. Oh, I said. And he comes back with "What do you want? I can't get him to urinate over the phone." Wow. If it weren't for my children, who are docs and were advising us, we may have just given up then.
