Doctor Stewarts office continues to attempt to send a Billing almost 2 years after a procedure paid for completely by the Veterans Administration. After every attempt to get the harassment to stop, they ignore and continue to send the billing. I am going through the VA yet again to get them to stop. If the harassment doesn't stop, I will file a lawsuit for the maximum in small claims court for each instance of harassment.
Great service but incompetent business billing. Bills come with payment options listed Online, mail payment, pay by phone. There LITERALLY is no online payment information, no QR code, no link, nothing. I shouldn't have to work so hard to make a payment, especially after hours or on weekends.
Dr. Steward has a special gift for connecting with his patients. His down-to-earth, respectful and witty demeanor greatly eased my pre-op anxiety.
Excellent bed side manner, listened well and adjusted routine to accommodate my request.
