Younger girls at the front desk were rude. Only medical facility I've ever had to pay extra on top of my copay. The Dr himself seemed to rush through meeting with me, lack of empathy or care for my quality of life. Refused to help me until my knee would completely give out, then considered a knee replacement but only if I "lost weight". Staff questioned me why I wanted a copy of my MRI when I wanted a second opinion. Genuinely cares about his patients, and will follow up with you about any concerns you have. Great care and service overall.
My husband had knee replacement surgery a little over a year ago. Everything was explained to us and the follow up appointments with Dr Miller were to the point. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Joe was without a walker or cane within a week. Although I know this may not be typical of everyone we were pleased with the results
