Dr Powell repaired my right elbow after a doctor in Tampa had basically left me crippled. Dr Powell did a great job. I only wish I had taken his advice about getting addicted to pain meds more seriously. He warned me therewould be pain doctors that would give me all the pain meds I want in more. He was right and I became severely addicted and dependent on pain meds. It only took a year of seeing a pain doctor to consume 15 yrs of my life. Good doctor that cares. Please listen to him
