Outstanding Pediatric Physician!
Her office IS busy. Sometimes things DO get lost. Sometimes I sent in the waiting room waiting to see her a long time. But I always sit with her for a very long time to deal with everything my special needs daughter needs. Every month or two. Please don’t come see her. I can keep her busy full time. She is why my child is living a good life.
We have been taking our 7 children to Dr, Feldman for over 20 years and have always had excellent care. She has a very friendly bedside manner and never rushes us. Our children have been treated for many typical conditions from asthma to broken bones to allergies. She takes care of our children like they were her own. We love her!
My daughter had an appointment as a new patient. I went in a month early to fill out paperwork to ensure her records would be transferred on time and the office staff lost all the paperwork I filled out and never called to get her records transferred. Terrible, I will be finding a more organized dr office.
The girls in the front doing do there job. I sit there for 3-4 hours with a special needs child. They can't even run the insurance information and make sure they are covered a head of time. I'm done with them.
