Dr West is perhaps the best doctor I've had the pleasure of working with. She listens well, understands the issues at hand, and is able to diagnose and provide the best treatment option quickly and conclusively. I could not be happier with the care I have received from her.

If you want the best then here she is. If we could have given more stars we would have given them. My son got a MPFL tear playing football in his sophomore year of High School. We visited several doctors who wanted to avoid surgery and treat this only Physical Therapy. That is one coarse of action. Dr. West asked my son do you want to play football again? Dr. West was incredible. Knowledgeable, warm bedside manner, informative, I immediately felt at ease & knew that I was with the right Surgeon that could fix my knee. I did my research & found out who is the absolute BEST at ACL REVISIONS (i.e. Dr. Robin West). She listened intently to my long complicated sob story of my my knee history. I found Dr. West to be a caring physician with excellent surgical skills. I couldn't recommend more highly.
I was late for my daughter’s final appointment for her to be cleared of her concussion and the doctor saw the last patient of the day in her place. The dr refused to switch my daughter to the last appointment which we arrived in time for. The dr obviously wanted to go home early at our expense. Not happy and will never do business with them again.
