She was very rude! She had no explanation to anything she was trying to diagnose. No evidence to prove . No testing . No nothing when I offered her the results from a recent ultra sound of the liver she told me she had 3 other patients to see that she didn't have time to read ultra sound report. Then proceeded to tell me that she did not have to explain to me what test she wanted to perform . That it was her orders and we needed to follow them! Never have I seen lack of care in a dr!
She is very caring and friendly, took her time and explained a lot to me. definitely recommend.

In my experience, Dr Ferguson was open, patient, and had a calm friendliness that allowed me to be honest and comfortable with her when relating my health concerns. She was thorough in her exam and was able to explain to me in a way that I understood, what her plan of treatment would be for me. I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr Ferguson to any of my friends or family.
Worst doctor I have ever seen. Unfriendly, does not want to help. Just wants to pick up a copay.
Dr. Robin Ferguson should not be allowed to practice medicane, in my personal opinion. A simple colonoscopy has turned into a major perforated colon for three people I know, and who knows how many I don't know. These were due to careless procedures on her part, costing these patients thousands of extra dollars, not to mention the problems that can arise years later. Each now lives with scars and complications arising from her negligence. Please, take these facts into consideration.
You are the worse DR I have ever met in my life. Not only are you rude you send me to the ER after being in the hospital for 4 days then if the pain doesn't get better call the office WELL WHEN I CALLED GUESS WHAT U R TOO BUSY And then told me to go to the ER I'm in the ER you tell them to have me see you in the office. Lady I have tried to see you for over 1 week and can't get in your to busy your Schedule is full. You can't even call me when I ask to speak to you. What kind of Dr are u ???
Dr. Ferguson is amazing! So through and really spends time understanding her patients needs.
Dr. Ferguson has treated me for acid reflux and has provided excellent care. Highly recommend.
