Been going to Dr Thompson for years and she has always been thoughtful, caring, and thorough. She takes the time to know her patients and is truly a kind human being. Her nurses take the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. Just went today for a physical and lots of new faces behind the desk all of which were helpful and pleasant! Highly recommend!
Been a patient for 20 plus years and since ProHealth took over, staff are disorganized and rude. This office has lost their mission and purpose. They literally do not care about their patients and this is the perfect recipe to putting your health at risk of serious harm! Run away! Doctors who’ve been part of this practice for several decades are also leaving because this place has become HORRIBLE! Dr. Thompson is past due for retirement. She used to be a caring person. Go anywhere else!
