I have found a doctor I can trust with Dr. Donald. Dr. Donald listens, makes a point to go over her thoughts and goes over tests to run, as well as their results. I feel like Dr. Donald is one of the best doctors I have found over the last 20 years of my life.
Called serval times over the last few months to make an appointment for my daughter. Nobody ever answers and they don't return calls.
My daughter and I have discontinued visiting Dr. Donald because HealthWorks of Northern Virginia is unwilling to schedule us an appointment. I called and left a message on the appointment line on April 20th and on April 23rd. I went there in person on April 26th and was falsely told that they had tried to call me back. I had the same problem with our last appointments, which were checkup's so not as urgent. In this case, I really needed a doctor.
I love these guys. I've been seeing Dr. Donald for 2 years now, and she is the best doctor I've ever had in my adult life. She listens, she didn't write off my issues as my weight, she referred me and we found out what was going on - shocker, it wasn't my weight! I've had to bring my daughter to the practice for counseling, and Jane has been a wonderful Therapist as well. All of the staff is helpful and friendly...this office is batting 1000.
Dr. Donald is absolutely fantastic!
