Very unprofessional. Booked it through website, called back to double confirm but they said they dont have any appointment under my name. Ok then I booked again by phone for 2 ppl. Confirmed. After few hours they said it’s double booking, needs to book another time ?? Do you really look at the schedule, talk with your clients then confirm?? Or else just randomly confirm and cancel after few hours. Such a waste of time booking! Be professional!
