This is the second time I've had braces and Dr Craig came highly recommended. When the brackets were put on my teeth, they were not aligned correctly. I brought this up and she said it was ok. Now after ten months of braces, my teeth are all at different angles and my bottom teeth slope down from left to right. I brought this up and was scolded. Dr. Hinesly goes out of his way to make both the patient and parent feel as though they are included in the process. My 10 year old son had to have some fairly involved work done, and Dr. Hinesly monitored him for FREE for up to two years, knowing I could have ultimately gone to another orthodontist. He involved my son and explained exactly what was going to happen, what he was doing, what to expect.
