The person who answered the phone wanted to argue with me about my family member's name when I called to cancel an appointment. They never offered me the chance to reschedule. They then acknowledged the cancellation with a uh-huh and hung up. I work for the same greater institution as this person and was horrified that a co-worker would treat someone like this over the phone.
I would never recommend to anyone. Received lies about results on 3 occasions. Only found out after calling the lab that did my test and then and only then did I get my test results
