If the quality of the phone operator/receptionist service is this bad then I can't even image the service you will get when you're actually there. I called the office to make an appointment for myself and my son. Waited on hold for 10 minutes when she finally answered she actually apologized for the long wait and proceeded to ask me how she can help me.
