It's not the staff, it's the policy. We arrived within the 15 window. We commute from Lancaster. We arrived at 2:41. I waited while the receptionist make another appointment on the phone. We waited along with another customer, and we were 7 minutes past the grace period. She never looked at me. I even went around back trying to check in. We had already checked in online. Best doctor in ever! I have been his patient since 2006. He has gone through quite a few changes in staff but even the staff is 5 star now. Dr W has a very calming personality and is very thorough with his explanation of how things work. I would recommend him to anyone with diabetes.
Doctor is ok. Medical records staff is incompetent and condescending, but clear to mention “don’t take it personally. “ I did. ETA- I got my third unrequested appointment today. They made me pay a no show fee on the second one, even though I called and asked if I should come so I wouldn’t be marked a no-show. They said I never called.
