As a new patient, I was very disappointed! Would not listen to patient - his way or else. Excessive work that insurance refused to pay (18+ x-rays). Replaced a crown that did not need it saying there was a cavity under it. Insurance denied claim saying it was replaced 2 years ago. Upon calling my old dentist, was told no cavity, just a large filling. Needless to say the claim was denied. Tried to talk to dentist, but was told he was busy. I would recommend Dr. Williams Jr. and do to all my friends and family. He is awesome! I have been a patient for almost 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. They treat you like family.
