Rude, God-complex, him/staff never returns calls, they didn't send files when requested, forgot to call in pain medications following surgery, wouldn't call back to schedule post-op. appointments, used an archaic method of diagnosis which likely led to a misdiagnosis, cut an extra muscle w/o telling us, DO NOT GO TO HIM.

I went to see him for a reoperation for Venous TOS. His surgery failed and afterwards he refused to help me. Him and his staff toss you aside if you have any complications. Please go see another doctor!

I had to take time off work and arrange for a driver to travel ... read more

We so happy to have seen Dr Thompson!! He saved our son's life and restored his quality of life back to full potential. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about his expertise. We would walk the 3 hr drive uphill both ways to see this Doctor!

My personal experience was mixed, I'm in much pain...But surgery is fairly new...hurt's like the dickens! I was told its not an overnight process before pain decrease and surgery wasn't a MAGIC ward and just feel perfect..., so I'm trying to hold on... Had 2 post-op visits; nurse talks very fast, dress unprofessionally, non-engaging, felt rushed. The doctor was very comforting , he spoke with me personally over the phone after my surgery and answered my questions when I didn't get a call back from nurse. . Office staff was o... read more
