i’ve been coming to this dr office for years and they never fail to disappoint. from being hung up on when trying to make an appointment, to mixing up appointment times, to canceling my appointment the morning of over a voicemail. i had been trying to get a medication for two months and finally had an appointment this morning and they cancelled my appointment one hour prior to the appointment over a voicemail. incompetent and unhelpful staff .

Hands down the worst medical office experience I’ve had. Completely behind the times with an inability to process any paperwork unless faxed, doctors are not knowledgeable on modern treatment options, all referrals take forever to process, and office staff is rude. While medical care in the Central Coast is infamously awful, this doctors office takes the cake for being the worst I’ve experienced. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for treatment.
