Dr. kettlewell performed an aggressive and unnecessary treatment on my 7-year-old son by placing a crown (porcelain) for a small chip on his permanent tooth. There was no nerve damage (Per Kettlewell) or pain and sensitivity. He treated the situation with urgency and proceeded with treatment that day. Unfortunately (found out too late) by talking with other dentists, porcelain crowns should never be placed on a child's permanent tooth with a small chip.
