So to be fair....I'm not sure if Dr. Alexander is even aware if the situation that has occurred. About a month or so I was to have full hip replacement . I found out that my hospital coverage was only 1500. My surgery would cost 110,000...so naturally I postponed the surgery. The county is willing to help me with foodstamps as long as the Dr could fill out the necessary paperwork. I had dropped the form off and was told that he might not fill it out.
