A very pleasant experience. I was dishearten to read some of these reviews. I have been coming here for years. I find it interesting so many judge a dentist on his personality instead of his work. I have never had an issue and its been great. I enjoy the jokes and banter as well.
I had an ok experience. My second visit the Dentist assumed that I was chewing on my nails and said “ you’re chewing on those big old nails” a comment that wasn’t okay at all to say nor do I feel like it was professional especially me being an African American woman and him being a white male. I would suggest that they mind their comments about someone’s appearance. Not OK.
I’ve always loved coming here. The hygienist and receptionist are nice and go above and beyond by engaging in conversation and making sure I’m comfortable. I went in for one filling, and had to wait 2 hours. The building had already closed and I was not given proper attention or care. The male dentist who saw me did not respect my decision for more numbing medication (due to me waiting so long and the effects had worn off). Poor managing practices when it comes to keeping their appointment schedule and they have inconvenient appointments when it comes to rescheduling since they use a short staff excuse.
