Doctor Tompkins was polite as was his medical team.. However, I had to give him a 1 star due to him not listening to my grandmother or trusting in what she was telling him.. she went to him for a year telling him over and over she wasn't feeling well that something just wasn't right. For a year he told her she was just getting old. After a year she went to a different doctor because she knew something wasn't right. Sure, enough it wasn't her getting old she had stage 4 cancer..
