I have waited over three weeks for my glasses, and all I can be told is machine malfunctioned. Poor response to calls and lack of workers in office that only opens two days a week. I will never use their service again and will not recommend anyone order glasses from this group. The eye exams they perform are good, and that's were the adequate service ends. Unresponsive once established as patient.. only open two days per week. Hard to book an appointment with only a select few options available online to book an appointment under. I’ve been calling for weeks to come in to replace my kids glasses and have gotten no response at all
