I have had regular cleanings, crowns, and fillings performed by Dr. Shakelford. His sparkling personality, comfortable office, pain free dental work, professional care and performance has made me rate him as the best dentist I have ever had. Believe it or not, if you have to have dental work, it is a pleasure to go to his office. His staff is extremely competent and professional. They are the best anywhere.
It is nice being able to get a crown in one visit. However, you pay the price for this service. My dental insurance covered a small part. His staff are very nice. My hygienist's works hard to make sure I am aware of all my bad habits.
Dr. Shackelford is very kind and gentle and his hygienists are very skilled and thorough.
Dr. Shackelford and his staff are very professional and efficient. They make you feel comforatable and provide excellent routine care for your teeth as well as specialized services. I have gone to many dentists during my lifetime and this dentist is definitely the best!!!
My smile is absolutely beautiful! I wish I had done this years ago! Dr. Shackelford did a wonderful job. His staff is well trained, always pleasant and happy to see me. I am complimented daily on my pretty teeth so I reccomend Dr. Shackelford to a lot of people. I'm 57 but because my teeth look so good, people think I'm in my 40's!
His office was extremely unhelpful - refused to charge secondary insurance to help patient. Claimed unnecessary work to be done on teeth and claimed to find 2 cavities that a later dentist did not. After moving to a different dentist, the office was rude in helping to transfer files and xrays. Would not recommend this dentist.
Very nice and gentle. Professional and experienced. Very Happy with the sevice I received and would recommend to anyone.
