Hope you don't have any medical problems, the office staff are the most uncaring people and appointments are often changed and rebooking is not a priority. I would seek care elsewhere.
Was recommended by pcp had a horrible infection down there. He lanced it help a bit. Ended up in hospital 2 days later. He was so worried he came to Baystate to check on me and make sure I was ok. Definitely would recommend seeing him.

Worst Ob EVER!! If you’re considering Dr wool, consider better, turn and RUN as fast and far as you can!! His staff sucks as well, rude and inconsiderate.
