It took me almost a year to walk back, due to my fear, into Dr. Sheperd's practice to have him extract a tooth. At the first appointment, he was gracious and kind and I left knowing I could return when I was ready. For the extraction, I could not have asked for a better experience. He understood my anxiety and dealt with it beautifully. If you are like me, do not hesitate, like I did, and have your procedure done by him.
I’ve always had a fear of any sort of mouth surgery, so you can imagine my trepidation to go get a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Shepard and his assistant made the whole process so easy and comforting for me, and they were so professional and, honestly?, fun. Not the surgery part, of course, but the interactions part.
