Such an amazing provider. Listened to my concerns and addressed them.
She has been my gyno for 14 years. Patient, knowledgeable, kind-I have referred several friends to her practice & they agree with me. Dr. Welischar is great~~~
His office staff are poorly trained, innappropriate and treat patients like the enemy. He does not read or respond to portal messages, so the only way to speak to him is through these staff. He himself does not interact with patients; he has his fellows (very friendly, surprisingly) do the appointments and then he sits in the room at the end to be debriefed about it in front of the patient. He believes CPAP cures everything under the sun, and that the settings he chooses for your machine are correct no matter your actual exp... read more
The absolute worst office personnel in our combined 120 + years on Earth. They are absolutely horrendous. Make promises they don't keep, improperly file paperwork, lie through their teeth, everything bad, not one thing good except BS you to your face. Disgrace. Their names are Reena, Stephanie, Aaron. The doctor seems okay not sure. I wouldn't go by the reviews here which are good. I would base it on your own experience or just choose another doctor seeing there are a million of them all over the place.
Dr. Maurer became my movement disorder doctor a couple of years ago when one of her associates moved South. She is excellent and pleasant to spend time with. She is thorough, explains things and spends as much time with you as you need.. I feel like I am in good hands as we work through my essential tremor issues.
On Friday 30 December as a result of a fall two nights earlier my leg was severely swollen ,bruised and painful, so at 11:00pm I went to Southampton Hospital ER. It was busy but a cubicle was found for me. A doctor (I never knew his name) checked my leg and ordered x-rays to make sure it wasn’t broken as well as the machine to see if there’s a blood clot. In the course of the next two hours these procedures were done by efficient courteous young women operating this technically complex machinery. The doctor returned to give ... read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I SHOWED UP FOR WALK IN X-RAY, 4:30 PM. I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT IN THE WAITING ROOM. STAFF WAS BUSY TALKING ABOUT THEIR DINNER THEY ORDERED FROM PANERA. I WAITED THER TILL 5:10 ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT "OH WE'RE SORRY THE MACHINE HAS BEEN DOWN CAN YOU COME BACK TOMORROW IT "MAYBE FIXED BY THEN".
I would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Neal Patel for all the wonderful care he always gives me. Yesterday i was in the Cardiac Cath unit and once again Dr. Patel gave me better care than I could have asked for. North Suffolk Cardiology is the best because of fantastic Doctors like Dr. Patel. Thank you so much .
