I have seen Dr Kaufmann for last five + years. I always have found him thoughtful and helpful. I have total confidence in him.
I scheduled the appointment for the day and time I wanted. I got to see the doctor instead of a nurse. He performed tests I wanted. He was amiable and professional. I did wait a little longer than I wanted to, but I had to see at least four people, so it was acceptable. I am a little concerned with their documentation practices - when I checked in as a brand-new patient there were already records in my elect. file that weren't mine, and my temperature on my outgoing form was 79 F (actually, 97).
