From the moment I walked through the front door, I felt very welcome. The Receptionist, Technician, and Nurses were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Dr Gilbert is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has a pleasant bedside manor. Thank you for you kind and family like service.
After having heart tests and seeing my GI doc less than 24 hours earlier, Dr. Bob correctly identified my symptoms of anemia and sent me to the ER where I received 4 units of blood. He saved my life!
Dr. Bob and all of his staff are very personable and thorough. They work tirelessly to help us with whatever the ailment of the month is! Dr. Bob is a doctor that will reach out to you if need be instead of just passing you off. The facility is very clean and we drive 45-50 mins to see them. He is great about referring you out if he can't help you. We are very thankful for everyone. Esp Dr. Bob and Michelle.

I have been going to Dr Gilbert for many years. He is always professional and straightforward. He found a tumor on my hip when other physicians missed it. Before I could get into to see an orthopedic surgeon to try to verify if it was benign or malignant, he called at 7 pm after a busy day at work just to help calm me down. Turns out was benign.
I wish I could give him 10 stars. Dr.Bob is hands down the best Doctor in Alabama. I love his staff! He listened to me and helped me through my pain.
Terrible bedside manner and unprofessional. I’ve been his patient for years because he is quick with referrals and one of the closest primary care physicians to where I live. Upon my visits, my appointment is always rushed and my questions are never really answered. His jokes are sarcastic and rude every visit. During my Iast visit, I was insulted by Dr Bob. I have been seeing Dr Bob for both pain management and as my general practitioner for over 3 years. He always listens, doesn’t talk down to me and ensures I understand everything. He is very thorough and professional-a great physician all around. His staff is great too—I saw an earlier mention of staff turnover and have to say that the employees who are no longer there didn’t need to be there.
I love Dr. Bob he is straight forward and always takes an xray if i say its my sinus or lungs to make sure he diagnoses me correctly and not just give me meds for infection i don't have like some Doctors. When we are done he always asks if there is anything else i'm having issues with and if i don't feel better in a couple of days come back and he will do further testing. I hate that some reviews say he doesn't listen because nor I or my husband have had those issues with him or his staff.
