I was in a car accident. It was at the time when they were transitioning to concierge. Doctors would not refer me to a doctor. The doctor they assign never showed up ended up in the ER. Had to go to had to go to MD now for treatment. Dr. Ansara is switching to Concierge service and wants you to pay alomst $2k per year to be his Dr. There are many other Dr.'s just as good or better that do not require this.
I am 75. I fell & tore my quadriceps tendon on 12/23/2021, I required immediate surgery to reattach the tendon to the kneecap. Unfortunately, the entire Holy Cross Medical Group across all specialities were closed for the holidays. More specifically, Dr Ansara was reachable but on vacation. My surgery was scheduled, a Hematologist was required & Dr Ansara made one call to a colleague who was closed. Smart guy, good doc.
Dr. Ansara is a great Doctor. He is very informative in regards to your health needs. He has a great manner in making you feel comfortable. Office personal also very nice and polite when answering any questions I may have. This is one Doctor visit I don't mind.

If you have a job and scheduling is important to you, then this is not the place to go. Ridiculous wait time.
Dr. Ansara was not interacting with my brother, who is severely ill. Just had he nose into his laptop. Didn’t even look at his numerous areas of scans or uncovered bandages to see injuries.
