Staff was helpful and instructive. Dr. Zhang fit me in at the last minute and was patient, thoughtful, and answered my numerous questions.
I need to preface my comments with the fact that I have one bad eye, for over 10 years, where everything I see is a blur. I was a nervous about what to expect when I was told I had a cataract in my only good eye. I was referred to Dr. Zhang by my Optometrist, Dr. Garcia who is fabulous. Making an appointment was easy. I have been a patient for many years and Dr Zhang has always been very professional, informative and caring. I needed cataract surgery on both eyes ... everything was explained thoroughly and I was confident that I was in good hands. The surgery was a breeze and I'm ecstatic with the results ... better than I ever imagined. Office staff and assistants were wonderful too ... If you are looking for the very best in eye care, I highly recommend Dr Lucy Zhang.
I had my 6 month follow-up to cataract surgery which was handled in a friendly, professional manner. The office uses up to date equipment to insure an accurate evaluation.
Dr. Lu performed a cataract surgery on my left eye on 1/22/25. Her clear communication re what was going to happen and why, before my surgery and after surgery was outstanding. I now can see details of birds I watch regularly, golf balls hit, trees and plant leaves and much more far more clearly than before. Her office staff are very organized and handle all very smoothly as well.
