I had a cataract removed in my right eye and the lens replaced by Dr Zhang 2 years ago. I recently had the same procedure in my left eye and can now affirm (because I have a comparison) that I recommend avoiding Dr Lucy Zhang and her practice like the plague. She inserted a scratched lens in my eye and claimed it was not her fault and of course the manufacturer says it wasn't their fault either so I really have no claim. The front line staff need training in customer relations. Very rude demeanor and dismissive coupled with a kind of “could care less” Attitude you wouldn’t expect from a health care provider’s office. I can’t speak for the Dr. As I’m not pursuing this office any further. I never do google or Yelp reviews but this I felt I needed to share as everyone is always wanting to find good doctors and front of house staff make or break any good business imo.
