Dr. Pickering is the most kind and caring orthopedic Dr. I have Ever been to. He has treated me for many years now. He is a master of his craft . Came from. Fl had rare surgery. Dr told me there was nothing he could do for me. He knew how much it hurt to ride in car so went back for fu after MRI had cyst near incision of surgery from July that was done in fl. Went and he Said again nothing I can do for you you have to go to general surgeon, told him give me referral he told me I had to go back to my primary and they would put referral in. Dr. Pickering is great really like and enjoy seeing him. His receptionist is rude and insulting, didn't bother reading and getting my last name correct. Radiologist was rude as well. I would recommend him to anyone!
On Feb 17, 2021 (1st BIG SNOW ❄️) in North Mississippi I had a freak accident in my house & shattered a bone in left wrist at 4pm. Had to go to Baptist Desoto ER cause Campbell Clinic, Memphis Ortho After Hours were CLOSED due to bad weather. Baptist Desoto Hospital ER only verified the shattered bone but couldn’t do anything because they have no Ortho Drs on staff or On call.
