This place was awful. Not much urgency in their “urgent” care. I came right when they opened on the 12th was told I MUST have an appointment. Was able to be seen on the 13th (after originally being told the 14th which would have been a bonus for them). Received a text confirmation for 0700 on the 13th. Showed up and there was no care or courtesy showed for the fact that I (or anyone) had a scheduled appointment. You better be dying in order to do Urgent Care walk-in and even then MAYBE they will see you. Walked in with a bleeding dog bite and was taken to the back to see a nurse. He put on gloves, asked if the dog was up-to-date on Rabies and if I had tetanus then told me I couldn't be seen bc they had too many appointments. Why even put on gloves?! I ended up at the Medfirst on Emerald Isle and they HELPED ME right away. 0 stars.

RecommendedVery thorough and friendly. Kate listened to my gyrations and fears and suggested test or plan for treatment as if she has been treating me all my life. I was extremely relaxed and happy to walk out of the office with a plan and not another prescription to mask the issue.

Do not go here at all. My wife had nothing but issues with everyone at this place from the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone was very rude and lied to insurance causing her to lose coverage.

Absolutely NEVER step foot into this office. This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to in my life. No one there cares about your well being, everyone is very rude, and Dr Katy Robertson will also call you and tell you that YOU are rude and continue to yell at you. Professional huh? They sent in incorrect information to my insurance, which resulted in my pregnancy Medicaid insurance coverage being taken away so now I have no insurance due to something their office lied about. RecommendedWent for Covid tests since we will be traveling. Got there early as suggested. They had ecerything down to a science!! Had our papers and ID ready. Done in about an hour! We were the 2nd and 3rd car to be taken care of. Dr came out and gave us results and done! They were All so pleasant and yet moved right along. THANKYOU FOR ALL YOU DO! 💝
I want to say first that Dr. Wall is very kind. When you can see him, he does listen and take into consideration everything you are saying. With regards to the service itself, I would never recommend them as a PCP. You can’t get through via phone and medication has lapsed in refills at times because the pharmacist could also not reach them. They’ve missed Telehealth and left me waiting for HOURS on them to call when it was a simple, but serious matter.
