All of the staff here are knowledge, good listeners and it’s obvious they care about you. They are gentle and affirming and make sure you understand the exercises. They are also hands on in your treatment, working hot spots during your session.
I went to several physical therapists before coming here for my Achilles tendonitis and some made it worse by making me overexert myself. Finally I met Dr. Chelsea who was patient enough to exercise my tendon in a gradual way that helped it heal. It was a very slow process, took a lot of careful exercise but now I can run again.
