My knee is wayyy better first month of therapy. I was in pain for about 3 months. I can wear my heels now AND go up the stairs at the same time. I think one more month song I’ll be able to drop it low once again 🥇
Have been going here for years and Robbie has been wonderful to work with. Consistency is key, and doing the regular exercises and seeing him frequently have improved my neck /shoulder strain and headaches. I love the different tools he use to focus on certain muscle group. Try Robbie and you’ll see what I mean. Staffs are also great to work with, very attentive and always have a welcoming feeling each time I am there for my session. It’s worth giving this place a try, you won’t regret it.
