Dr Nascimento performed an extremely complex shoulder reconstruction surgery on my dominant right arm, during the height of the pandemic no less. His office & PA Amanda Bennett are top notch. My repairs were successful & I regained my ability to ski, kayak, cycle & garden pain free within 1 1/2 years post surgery & rehab. Two 1/2 years later I had a mountain bike crash & broke my right clavicle & 6 ribs. Dr Nascimento replaced both of my shoulders...He is a great surgeon and made me feel totally comfortable with the entire process. Both surgeries were very successfull
My wife had significant pain at her right knee when we make an appointment with a doctor at this office mid March . Our appointment was delayed one day then we were referred to another provider in the same office . Three weeks later pain was even worst . I started calling the office Monday morning for 4 consecutive days and I was told doctor would call back . Nobody called . We finally made an appointment with another office .We finally heard from that doctor after 4 days apologizing . Poor management all around .
