I’d like to start by saying that the issue I had wasn’t with the provider, it was with his administrative staff. I chose this establishment based on its high ratings and positive reviews, but my experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. I chose them because they were highly rated however, I had a very unpleasant experience with this place. Poor customer service is an understatement. My procedure was rescheduled twice due to their incompetence, unacceptable!
My friend referred me to Dr. Dombrowski because he had successfully treated her knee. Since that time, he has repaired my torn meniscus and subsequently did a total knee replacement for me and one for my husband. I also must mention his exceptional physical therapists that worked with us to get the best possible function. I completely trust his judgment and feel that he is compassionate and conservative with his approach.
I have been a patient of Dr Dombrowski for over 20 yrs and found him to always be very personable and easy to talk with. He answered all my questions and always provided me with plenty of information regarding treatments and options.
