Our Surgery Scheduled, surgery is absolutely needed and we were told to pay deductible up front or go somewhere else, wow! the money is no issue but wow, He clearly does not care about people, rotten business practice for a Dr.
I do not recommend Dr. Coale. I had a knee injury, likely a torn meniscus, that had been lingering for over 6 months. One of the first things he did when he came in the room was twist my bad leg, reinjuring my knee that I had been gingerly trying to heal... He then asked if I could make it 'pop out' as I had described it did before the injury. I told him no because it would hurt.. He spent no more than 10 minutes with me. I was billed over $100 for the visit, and he wanted me to get a $300 MRI afterward to diagnose the issue... read more
Not good. Incorrect Diagnosis, not through or totally correct. Felt he cound not be bothered. Lots of pain, now facing surgery.
Absolutely the best orthopedic doc / surgeon I've ever encountered (and I've gone under the knife with a few!) Dr. Coale has the best demeanor, is very caring and genuinely concerned for his patients, and is a top-notch surgeon. I highly recommend and now won't go see anyone else.
Dr Coale is wonderful! He has treated me for a very long time. His compassion and care for his patients are from the heart. He has treated my family and friends with that same level of skill, knowledge, compassion every time. The staff are wonderful and care just as much as the Dr's at Orthowest, but Dr Coale is my favorite. God Bless you and Thank you for all you've done for me and my family Dr Coale.
Arrogant. Talks so fast you can barely understand what he is saying. Does not listen. Had the distinct feeling that he could not wait to leave the room and get on to his next patient. He even got up at one point, dismissively, and started to walk to the door until I told him I had questions. I felt rushed and came away frustrated.
Excellent- Exceptional in the ability to Listen. Kind and treated my shoulder and for the first time in about 8 months I am free of pain that was a 6-8 level 24 hours a day. I will go back as needed and highly recommend Dr. Coale to others and my family. What a pleasure to find this kind and knowledgeable doctor. Thank you to the Doctor and staff. Finally Relief. I know I have to go to PT but it’s a small price to pay to be out of pain and have the use of my left arm back. Highly Recommend Dr. Coale
