His nurse is incredible, but as for Dr. Ricci, I was extremely disappointed. As a rare disease patient, there are speciality concerns involving my health that he did not take seriously. I was also shocked to hear he is unable to look at the photographs I sent through MyChart. I was told he has not learned how to use this part of the system. Every medical professional should be capable of using all aspects of MyChart.
